Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how (“MansionOS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MansionOS application and website (the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Account information — your email address, used to create your account and sign you in with a one-time code (we do not use passwords).
- Birth data — date of birth (and, if you provide it, time/place of birth). Your readings are computed on your device from these details; your birth data and the readings it produces are stored locally on your device and are not sent to or stored on our servers.
- Information about others — if you enter another person’s birthday to generate a relationship (“bond”) reading, that date is processed on your device to produce the reading and is stored only on your device, not on our servers. Only enter another person’s information if you have a reasonable basis to do so.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic technical and usage data (e.g. device type, app version, general interactions) used to operate and improve the Service.
- We use Microsoft Clarity for product analytics and session replay. Clarity is configured with content masking, so the text you type — such as your birth details and email — is masked and not captured in replays.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Payment and Billing information:
- Our payments are processed securely by third-party providers — Shopify for purchases on our website, and the Apple App Store or Google Play for in-app subscriptions. They handle your payment card data and billing details. We do not collect or store your full credit card details — we only receive confirmation of the transaction, purchase history, and your email address to fulfill your unlock inside the MansionOS system. Please refer to the relevant provider’s privacy policy for details on how they process your payment data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- provide and personalize the Service (generate your readings and reports);
- create and manage your account and record your purchases/unlocks;
- communicate with you for account and transactional purposes — signing you in (one-time codes, no password), confirming purchases and unlocks, and account and waitlist notifications; these are transactional and you cannot opt out of them while you hold an account;
- if you choose to — by ticking the optional box when you sign up — send you occasional product updates (new readings, features, and seasonal notes); there is no fixed schedule, we do not sell or share your address, and you can unsubscribe at any time with one click, without affecting your account;
- operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK and Singapore)
Where required by law (including the GDPR/UK-GDPR and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)), we rely on: your consent (e.g. to process your birth data and the birth details you enter for others); performance of a contract (to provide content you purchased); and our legitimate interests (to operate and secure the Service). For optional product updates, our legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the marketing box at sign-up and withdrawable at any time by unsubscribing. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share information only with:
- service providers who help us run the Service — Cloudflare (hosting, and secure storage of your account and entitlement records), Resend (delivery of sign-in codes and transactional email), Microsoft Clarity (product analytics and session replay, with content masking), and RevenueCat (managing app-store subscriptions and entitlements) — and our payment processors (Shopify for website purchases; the Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app subscriptions), all bound by contract to protect your data and to process it only on our instructions;
- legal/authorities where required by law;
- a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
5. Data Retention
On our servers we hold only your email, your entitlement/purchase history, and your email-marketing preference — never your birth data, your Orbit, or your readings, which are stored only on your device. You may request the absolute deletion of your server-side account at any time via the system settings or by contacting us; once initiated, that record (your email and entitlements) is permanently wiped from our systems. Your on-device data — birth details, the people in your Orbit, and your readings — you can clear at any time from within the app or by removing the app. Records which we (or our payment processors) are legally required to retain — such as transaction and tax records — may be kept as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at . We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. International Data Transfers
We operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
